{"id":9141,"date":"2013-02-02T23:07:23","date_gmt":"2013-02-02T22:07:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.voismagazine.it\/dp\/?p=9141"},"modified":"2013-10-20T23:37:14","modified_gmt":"2013-10-20T21:37:14","slug":"tagliatelle-con-salsiccia-funghi-e-zucchine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.voismagazine.it\/dp\/2013\/02\/02\/tagliatelle-con-salsiccia-funghi-e-zucchine\/","title":{"rendered":"Tagliatelle con salsiccia, funghi e zucchine"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"voism-523936905\" class=\"voism-prima-del-contenuto voism-entity-placement\"><a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/2Y0db7E\" aria-label=\"\"><\/a><\/div><p>INGREDIENTI:<\/p>\n<p>500 gr di tagliatelle<br \/>\n3 zucchine di media grandezza<br \/>\n800 gr di funghi champignon<br \/>\n600 gr di salsiccia privata del budello ( io la faccio in casa)<br \/>\n1 spicchio d&#8217;aglio<br \/>\nOlio<br \/>\nSale<br \/>\nMargarina<br \/>\n1\/2 bicchiere di vino bianco<br \/>\n1 conf. di panna da cucina<br \/>\nParmigiano q.b.<\/p>\n<p>PROCEDIMENTO:<\/p>\n<p>Lavare le zucchine, tagliarle a rondelle e farle cuocere per circa 15 minuti con qualche fiocco di margarina.<br \/>\nLavare e asciugare i funghi, in una padella scaldare l\u2019olio, unire lo spicchio d\u2019aglio ed eliminarlo appena diventa dorato.<br \/>\nAggiungere i funghi, salare, pepare e cuocere per 5 minuti circa, aggiungere la salsiccia privata del budello, sfumare con un po&#8217;di vino bianco, continuare la cottura per altri 5 minuti e infine aggiungere la panna.<br \/>\nUnire anche le zucchine. <\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.voismagazine.it\/dp\/2013\/02\/02\/image-900\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-9147\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.voismagazine.it\/dp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/02\/image12-180x180.jpg\" alt=\"Tagliatelle con funghi,salsiccia e zucchine 1\" width=\"180\" height=\"180\" class=\"alignleft size-thumbnail wp-image-9147\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Cuocere le tagliatelle in abbondante acqua salata, scolarle e farle insaporire un minuto nella padella con i funghi, le salsicce e le zucchine.
