A fine cottura, con l\u2019aiuto di un coltello estrarre la polpa.<br \/>\nLavare e asciugare le foglie di basilico, frullarle insieme ai pinoli,noci e parmigiano. Aggiungere la polpa di melanzane.Cuocere la pasta e condirle con il pesto.
