Far intiepidire, togliere la ciambella dallo stampo e ricoprirla con la ganache al cioccolato preparata facendo riscaldare la panna in un pentolino dal fondo alto. Togliere il pentolino dal fuoco prima che la panna inizi a bollire e aggiungere il cioccolato tritato e il burro.
