Appena comincia ad imbiondire aggiungere il prosciutto, rosolarlo e poi aggiungere la panna o ricotta salare e a fornello spento versare il pistacchio lasciandone un 50 gr per guarnire. Cuocete la pasta in abbondante acqua salata e poi appena cotta saltate nella padella con il composto.
